We are in the process of buying a home in Airdrie, Alberta. Our Realtor recommended Odds On Home Inspection Services and arranged the inspection (within two days). On Inspection day, we showed up a little early and waited as Darryl finished up. He was very professional and personable. He took the time to walk us through all of his findings and even advised us on what was very important to have addressed immediately before taking ownership. He even showed us how some of the items in the house functioned. Later that day we received a very comprehensive report of his findings and recommendations. Overall, it was a very pleasant, seemless, and informative inspection. Highly recommended!
