It is a thorough visual inspection of a property. A Home Inspector is trained to be a detective in regards to the major systems and construction of your home.
Depending on the size of your home, a typical inspection takes around 3 hours.
If the inspector finds fault in a home it doesn’t necessarily mean you shouldn’t buy it, only that you will know in advance what type of repairs may be needed. A seller may be willing to renegotiate the purchase price because of significant problems discovered in a home inspection
A typical home inspection includes the following:
- Exterior
- Roof
- Structure
- Heating
- Air conditioning
- Insulation
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Interior
- Appliance testing
- Thermal imaging
- And much more
You will receive a fully detailed report of the home, averaging around 40 pages. Including photographs to pin-point problems or identify potential future problems.
All of our inspections include the use of Infrared Thermal Imaging at no extra cost
