I must give a 5 stars to these friendly and professional people. So I needed a quick turn around inspection to close the deal facing long weekend July 1st. I called Chris, he responded instantly (he was at his son/daughter's graduation) he tried to arrange it, till next day I got Brent at the house. Brent did an exceptional job, he went passed 5PM so I thought I tipped him for late work, he did not accept but appreciated my gesture. I got all the answers to my question directly from Brent at the site and via emails and the next day I got the detailed report from Chris. I paid just a bit over $500 including tax for a beautiful high end house. Chris' communication made me feel confident, Brent's works assured and showed me everything about the house. You will not be disappointed with this company. They give Value and Quality service. The charge would have been more at other places I think.

Chris was extremely accommodating with our timeline, extremely responsive, and was very thorough and knowledgeable in his inspection of the apartment and with answering all of our many questions about different things in the space. Brent's home inspection was incredibly thorough and he took his time with a solid walkthrough including good knowledge of how to fix/improve the deficiencies. He took the time to come out early before the snow came to get as much info from the roof as he could. Much appreciate the good work!

We had a quick turn around on a conditional purchase of a home. Chris responded right away to my late evening call and scheduled a home inspection for the next day. Brent, our home inspector, arrived early, was thorough with the inspection, was highly knowledgeable and answered our questions that provided assurance. We received the report that same evening. The home inspection provided reassure to us that we made the right choice to purchase this older property. Brent was able to come in on a couple days notice. There was an issue with dishwasher leaking water into the suite and he cleaned up the water as best he could and documented everything. The inspection and report were both thoroughly done.

Buying an older property in a competitive and fast paced market was quite a daunting prospect but Odd On were great in arranging to inspect it at short notice, Brent was friendly and thorough in carrying out the inspection using modern technology to great effect, took the time to go over key findings in person and take a measured and reasonable approach to recommendations and then provided a comprehensive but easily understandable written report the same day to allow us to consider all the findings in time to meet our deadline. We were very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
