From start to finish our experience was great. Booking for an appointment was quick and easy, Chris (owner) was quick to response with my date request for a home inspection. We were assigned to Brent to do the home inspection. Brent was at the home being inspected earlier than the assigned time and already doing his thang. At first meeting, we can already sense that he was kind, friendly, approachable and professional. We stayed approx an hour for the inspection and came back towards the end. Brent explained in details about his findings regarding the home, from what’s good to the most concerning. He answered our questions and concerns that we brought up. Also, less than 24 hours after the home inspection, he emailed us a PDF copy of the report which consist of photos, very detailed and easy to read report. Brent’s report helped us make an informed decision about the home, and put our mind at eased that we are purchasing a great home.
